The products offered on the Oscar & Plume store are available from warehouse stock. The delivery time is between 2 and 10 days . Otherwise the product is automatically marked as unavailable on our site.
We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The order is prepared the same day for any order placed before 12 p.m. between Monday and Friday, otherwise it will be prepared the following working day.
In case of absence, the package is delivered to a Relay Point . You have 15 days to collect the package. If you do not collect the package within 15 days , the package will be automatically returned to us and you will be asked for return postage costs.Please note : When you receive your order, be sure to check that the package is in good condition . In the event that one or more of the products ordered are missing, defective or damaged , the customer or recipient must make reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery. To be admissible, these reservations must be clear and precise , and provide information on the condition of the goods ( For example : "Damaged bed", "depressed product") and not on the condition of the packaging ( Example : "damaged package" or "damaged packaging").
