At Oscar & Plume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can therefore make a mistake and return any product that does not fully satisfy you within 14 days of receipt (with the exception of personalized, handmade, or sale/end-of-line products). Depending on your expectations, we can either refund you or exchange the product for another of your choice.
Here are the return conditions and terms:
- Return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging.
- For return shipping, we send a label and apply a flat rate fee:
- €5 per product (e.g. collar, harness, etc.)
- €10 per bulky product (e.g. water fountain)
- €15 per very bulky product (e.g. suitcase, box of kibble, etc.)
- In the case of an exchange (size, color, etc.), no return fees will be applied.
- Before any return, it is necessary to contact us via the contact form or by email at oscaretplume@gmail.com indicating your order number.
- Refund is made within 10 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
